Responsibilities, Duties, Qualifications and Skills of Senior Software Developer in the rank of Senior Principal Officer (Computer)/ Principal Officer (Computer) are given below:

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead the team and coordinate with the team member on current programming tasks.
2. Collaborate with other developers to design and implement features.
3. Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
4. Debug existing source code and polish feature sets.
5. Contribute to technical design documentation.
6. Continuously learn and improve skills.
7. Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.

Skills and Qualifications:

2. In case of SPO, minimum 09 (nine) years’ working experience and in case of PO, minimum 07 (seven) years’ working experience in the related field. Experience in Banking Software Development will be given preference.
3. Age not exceeding 38 years for SPO and 35 years for PO as on 30.06.2022.
4. Proficiency with the .NET Framework/Android Studio/Xcode/Oracle Form Developer /Oracle Apex/Oracle BI.
5. Expertise with ASP.Net core/MVC/Rest API/ Postman Integration/ C#/Oracle/ Java Script/JAVA/ Swift/ Flutter/Dart/ SQLite/Kotlin/Xcode Illustrator/Photoshop.
6. Proficiency with DevOps Concept specially in Git.
7. Competency with Oracle,PL/ SQL, Oracle Developer Suite (Forms & Reports), UI Design & Query Optimization

General Conditions:

1. Candidates having 3rd division/ class/ equivalent GPA or CGPA in any of the examinations are not eligible to apply. Only published result at the time of application will be accepted. Testimonial for this matter will not be accepted. Candidates with foreign degree must have equivalence certificate from University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh.
2. No affidavit in respect of age will be acceptable.
3. Salary & remuneration: Selected candidates will be given regular scale as per Bank’s rules.
4. Probation period: Selected candidates in the rank of Senior Officer (Computer)/Officer (Computer) will undergo 01 (one) year probation period. After successful completion of probation period they will be confirmed in the regular scale of pay with other admissible benefits.
5. Selected candidates in the rank of Senior Officer (Computer)/Officer (Computer) will have to give an undertaking that he/ she will serve in the Bank for a minimum period of 05 (five) years.
6. Any incorrect/fake information found later, will cancel the candidature.
7. All applications will be treated on merit and in strict confidentiality.
8. Certificates of different examinations submitted by the candidates to the Bank will be verified from the respective institutions and any discrepancy found in the documents will be severely dealt with.
9. Posts remaining/ falling vacant due to non joining/ leaving the organization immediately after joining, then the required number of officials will be filled from respective merit list, which will remain valid for 01 (one) year from the date of joining after first call.
10. Only short listed candidates will be called for written test/ interview. No TA/DA will be applicable for this purpose.
